Gouvieux basketball Oise

A family club supported by a family business: Aiglon has been supporting the Gouvieux Basket Oise association since 2012, as well as the performance centre for young people created by this Club. Courage, dynamism, ambition, endurance, motivation, team spirit, enthusiasm, solidarity: Aiglon supports these sporting values of dynamism, surpassing oneself and the desire to succeed.

The Gouvieux Basketball Oise Club, with its 280 licensed adherents, is the Picardy club which hosts the largest number of children under 12 and one of the most important in Picardy in terms of numbers of adherents. It is the most sustainable "amateur" structure at this level.

This association allows all licensees, players, managers, technicians and officials to indulge their passion for the orange ball. The G.B.O. is a reference sports structure at the local, departmental and regional level. Holder of several federal labels since 2011, Label Ecole Française de Mini-Basket (7-11 years old), Label citoyen (sustainable development) and Label Club Elite Masculin (13-15-17 years old), the club is recognized by its institutional and private partners as an association managed with pedagogy, seriousness and conviviality.

Good results crown the work of the technicians and managers for this 2018-2019 season. The pennant team is in the final of the Coupe de l'Oise, in the semi-final of the Coupe des Hauts de France, in the race for the ascent to Nationale 3, the U17 team (under 17 years old) Hauts de France is in the final of the Coupe de l'Oise and on the podium in the Elite Hauts de France Championship. All the other teams play the leading roles in their respective leagues and the U11s (young people under 11 years of age) are undefeated.
