Aiglon's GHG balance for 2023
Here are the three key indicators:
Ambitious greenhouse gas reduction targets for 2027:
- Inputs, mainly purchases of raw materials, are by far the biggest source of emissions. Inputs account for 69% of the Aiglon Group's GHG emissions .
Objective: - 50% GHG emissions
- Freight accounts for 20% of the Aiglon Group's GHG emissions. It is driven by air freight exports downstream from production.
Objective: 20% reduction in GHG emissions
- Energy comes third, accounting for 5% of Aiglon's GHG emissions, mainly due to gas consumption.
Objective: 15% reduction in GHG emissions
